There’s a moment before every breakthrough—a moment where fear and uncertainty whisper, “Stay where it’s safe”.  But deep down, you know something is calling you forward.  A part of you is ready to step beyond old patterns, beyond the noise of daily life and into something more.  Courage is a powerful force that allows us to step into the unknown.  On our retreat we learn to embrace our vulnerability, pushing beyond our own boundaries to get out of the comfort zone.  This retreat isn’t about being fearless. It’s about acknowledging fear and with grace, self-acceptance and with the quiet strength that comes from listening to your own intuition. No matter the challenges we may encounter in light and shadow, as our Courage grows, so does our ability to nurture this inner strength that will continue to accompany us through life’s challenges.

COURAGE is a weeklong immersive retreat crafted to help you step away from the noise and into the fullness of your inner world. This is where you meet your fear not with resistance, but with breath. This is where tears are honoured as truth-speaking, and movement becomes a map back to yourself.

Through a blend of somatic practices, therapeutic breath journeys, kundalini yoga, creative mandala expression, and intentional ceremony, COURAGE guides you to feel, express, release, and remember who you were before the world told you who to be.

You don’t have to be strong here. You only have to be real.

Each day flows with your nervous system in mind—awakening and activating in the mornings, softening into expression and healing through the afternoon, and ending in calm, soulful stillness.
