Our independent retreat experiences weave together movement, creative arts, sound, breathwork, somatic guidance and stillness, blending spiritual practice with creative expression and ceremony. Each retreat offers space to slow down, sharpen awareness and strengthen your connection to yourself.
We offer two types of retreat experiences designed to nurture you from the inside out: the seasonal teaser Autumn and Spring Series, and longer, immersive 5 days at an on site retreat venue in Portugal (and soon the UK), with the message of Connect, Courage, Create or Calm. Each journey invites you to turn towards your own experience and embrace the opportunity to truly get to know yourself, not as a project to fix but to deepen a relationship with yourself.
Guided by our experienced practitioners, you’ll embark on a journey of self-development and creative expression. With deep experience and a heart-centered approach, our team holds a safe, nurturing space where you can feel supported and free to explore, create and grow.
All retreat experiences take place in natural settings along Portugal’s Silver Coast, where green valleys meet wide sandy coastlines. These calm landscapes offer space to step out of daily demands and to reconnect, not as an escape, but as an essential support for meeting life with more clarity, steadiness and self-trust, and self worth.
Alongside the retreat experiences, I offer Breathwork, Biodynamic Psychotherapy and Somatic Coaching, all informed by years of embodied practice and learning. My work focuses on learning how to use emotional regulation and embodied awareness as a tool for living by maintaining a regular breath and body movement practice. We will go at a steady respectful pace allowing you to build up your own practical capacity to stay present in everyday life.
The Introduction to Breathwork online course offers a 4-week structured foundation for working with your breath as a tool for release, emotional regulation, self-resilience and continued self-development. Rooted in years of embodied practice and recovery, this course supports a steady return to the breath and body to develop your own capacity to stay with yourself through the challenges and rhythms of everyday life.

Each retreat is presented on one of four core themes Connect, Courage, Create and Calm, weaving together movement, voice liberation, creative arts, sound healing, silence and stillness.
