This interactive breathwork course combines breathwork and somatic awareness to help regulate your nervous system, balance emotions and deepen your connection with yourself. You'll learn practical, body-based tools, theory and tips with guided techniques to release tension and restore calm.
Two classes a week, accessible via Zoom with replays available. We learn to understand the relationship with your own breath first — what it sounds like, how it moves, how it feels in your body. Here you're building a relationship with a tool that's already yours, steady and available when you actually need it.

This work offers a different approach. For most, understanding yourself and feeling differently are not always the same thing. You may be the person everyone relies on, the one who keeps going, keeps coping, keeps holding everything together — whilst quietly carrying stress, tension, overwhelm, anxiety, grief, uncertainty, or emotional exhaustion beneath the surface. You may already understand your patterns and talked about them, reflected, and tried to make sense of why you feel the way you do. Yet despite all that understanding, something still feels stuck.
Drawing on extensive experience in breathwork and somatic practices, I offer a grounded, heart-centred approach that helps you better understand the connection between your thoughts, emotions, body and nervous system. Together we build the awareness for self regulation and resilience needed to navigate stress and emotional overwhelm.
