Breathe Deeper, Feel Lighter is a 4-week online breathwork course rooted in somatic awareness, designed to support nervous system regulation, emotional balance and a deeper sense of connection through the breath. When the mind feels busy or emotions feel close to the surface, this course offers practical tips and techiques alongside, body-based tools to help you come back into yourself. Through guided breathwork sessions and integrative teachings, you’ll learn how to work with sensation, emotion and stress as they arise in the body—supporting release, steadiness and deeper rest.
This is not about pushing or forcing change. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen and respond to your inner experience through conscious breathing and gentle somatic awareness.

We then expand into deeper breath techniques and practical next steps, so you can continue the work with confidence beyond the course.

Somatic Coaching and Biodynamic Psycotherapy
If you’ve been carrying tension, stress, or emotions that need space to move, this is an invitation into a deeper kind of reset. Together we explore through Biodynamic and Somatic release work using breath and bodywork through practical, intuitive guidance. Sessions may also include nervous system release, gentle sound-based clearing, and personalised tools to help you feel lighter, steadier, and more connected to yourself. Sessions can be taken online or In-Person home visits.
