Where is the retreat located, and how do I get there?
As each retreat will be hosted in a different location, all information will be send out via your Welcome Pack.
Are airport transfers or transportation included in the retreat package?
No, all travel and transfers are not included. Available on request, please ask.
What is included in the retreat ticket price?
All sessions, art supplies, accommodation and food are included.
Are there any additional costs I should be aware of?
There are options to book private 1:1 sessions or massages, please see event page for offerings and bookings.
What type of accommodation is provided?
We offer a variety of room options, please check event page for details. If travelling with friends or family, please indicate you wish to stay together.
Are the activities suitable for beginners or those with limited experience?
All levels are welcome from beginner to more advanced.
Will there be free time to explore the surroundings or relax?
Yes , this will be on the daaily schedule and encouraged.
Can I participate in all the activities, or are they optional?
Your participation is encouraged throughout, if this changes please speak to us.
Food intolerances/Allergies
We will be providing vegetarian food cooked by our onsite Chefs and we are sympathetic to serious food intolerances. Please advise in writing at the time of booking and we will aim to cater for you.
Will there be Wi-Fi or a chance to disconnect entirely?
Yes to WIFI in accommodation. You are encouraged to disconnect. Strictly no phones or smartwatch allowed in all group events. Please respect this for the enjoyment of others.
What should I pack for the retreat (clothing, equipment, personal items)?
Your own beach/swim towel. Bring a journal and pen, consider different clothing for the last evening.
Is the retreat suitable for someone traveling alone?
Absolutely, yes.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Very strict policy. All Tickets and Deposits are non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend, you can gift/transfer your place to someone else and inform us in writing BEFORE the date stipulated on your Welcome pack.
